The Association hôtelière de la region de Québec offers assistance to owners and managers of hotelier establishments that are members of the association, especially in defending their interests as well as morally and financially supporting any initiative that promotes the prosperity of its members and Quebec’s tourism industry.

Mission and values
The Association hôtelière de la région de Québec is the major reference of both hotel and tourism industries. The association commits to the developing and nurturing every initiative promoting the prosperity of its members as well as the industry’s.
History
The Association hôtelière de la région de Québec was founded in May 1965 by 5 hoteliers from the cities of Québec and Sainte-Foy.
The Association unfortunately had to dissolve in November 1973 as a result of subscription problems, but rose from the ashes in February 1979.
To this day, the association has more than 145 members as well as 45 affiliated members, with a total of 14,000 rooms distributed in the greater region of Québec and the South-shore.
