Auberge Saint-Antoine’s restaurant Chez Muffy is a family style farm-to-fork dining experience. Set within an historic maritime warehouse dating back to 1822, culinary skill, a clever, considered wine program, warm service and conversations meld together. At Chez Muffy, the menu sets on a local innovative cuisine, Quebec bistronomie, focusing on savory flavours and ingredients from the hotel's farm on Île d'Orléans, all inspired by the season.
